This commercial building in South Asheville used to be a warehouse for air conditioning installers. Patrick McCarthy Construction stripped to old warehouse down to its bones, then built a modern office space of over 10,000 square feet. The building features open, cubicle, and private office work spaces, a conference room and training center, a break room, equipment storage, energy-efficient HVAC, and state-of-the-art security systems.
